We begin every engagement with a discovery phase to understand your business context, existing data landscape, and the specific challenges you want to address. From there, we suggest the approach that fits most naturally — whether that means starting with a readiness assessment or moving directly into a build phase.

Timelines vary by service. A Data Readiness Assessment usually takes 3–4 weeks. Conversational AI projects run 6–8 weeks, and Predictive Analytics setups span 8–10 weeks. We share a clear project plan before any work begins.

Not necessarily. Many of our clients don't have an in-house data team when they begin. Part of our role is to help your existing staff build familiarity with new tools and workflows through knowledge transfer sessions included in every engagement.

Each service has a fixed starting price listed on our Solutions page. If your project has specific requirements beyond the standard scope, we'll provide a tailored quote after an initial conversation. There are no hidden fees — the scope and cost are agreed upon before we start.

We include post-delivery support as part of every engagement. For conversational AI projects, this includes a monitoring period. For analytics platforms, we schedule follow-up sessions to review how the dashboard is being used and whether any adjustments would help.

Data security is built into our process from day one. We follow Thailand's PDPA guidelines, apply encryption at rest and in transit, and limit data access to team members directly involved in your project. We're happy to sign NDAs and adhere to your internal data governance policies.
