Qubic Mind was founded in Bangkok in 2020 by a small group of data engineers and business consultants who shared a common observation: most organizations in Thailand were curious about AI but unsure where to begin. There was plenty of hype in the market, yet very little practical guidance tailored to the realities of local businesses.
That gap became our starting point. Rather than selling technology for its own sake, we chose to focus on understanding each client's actual needs — their data maturity, internal resources, and strategic priorities — before recommending any solution. We believed then, as we do now, that useful AI begins with honest conversations about what's realistic.
Over the past five years, we've worked with over 120 organizations across Thailand, from mid-sized enterprises in manufacturing and logistics to service firms in hospitality and finance. Each project has deepened our understanding of how to introduce AI into real work environments without unnecessary complexity.
Today, we remain a deliberately focused practice. Our team of twelve works closely with every client, and we take on a limited number of projects at a time to ensure quality. We're not the biggest AI firm in Bangkok — and that's by design. We'd rather do fewer things well than stretch ourselves thin.
